Privacy policy
Data controller
ADVANCED RESEARCH FOR MARKETS & DEVELOPMENT (ARMD), a sole proprietorship governed by Ivorian law and registered with the Abidjan RCCM under No. CI-ABJ-03-2025-A11-00242, is responsible for the processing described in this policy.
Address: Angré 8ème tranche CDY/2PLTX, Îlot 15, Lot 199, Villa 3, Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire. Contact: social@armdgroup.com.
Contact and Executive Diagnostic™
The contact form collects your name, professional email address, organisation and message. The Executive Diagnostic™ uses your answers and email address to prepare and send your result.
This data allows us to handle your request, prepare our discussions and, when you request a service, carry out the corresponding pre-contractual steps. A contact or diagnostic request does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Submissions are stored in a restricted-access Supabase database. Brevo handles notifications and report delivery. Time-limited technical fingerprints help prevent abuse and repeated submissions.
In the absence of a contract, ARMD retains this data for 24 months after the last exchange, unless a legal obligation or dispute requires longer retention. You may request earlier deletion at social@armdgroup.com.
Booking meetings
Bookings are handled by Calendly. The information requested in its form is used to organise the meeting and send the communications needed for it to take place. Google Calendar and Google Meet may be used to manage the meeting and video call.
Booking data is intended to be retained for 12 months after the meeting. Exchanges that continue as part of a professional relationship are subject to the retention period applicable to that relationship.
Audio playback and external services
Audio players use ElevenLabs. Loading them sends the provider the technical information needed for the connection, such as your IP address and browser information. Public article text is transmitted to produce narration; diagnostic answers and contact messages are not used to generate narration.
Links to LinkedIn, media outlets and video platforms take you to services governed by their own privacy policies. Calendly is loaded when you open the booking interface.
Preferences and audience measurement
The website remembers your theme preference and, for six months, your audience-measurement choice. With your consent, Google Analytics 4 measures visits, pages viewed and actions such as contact requests, submitted diagnostics and confirmed meetings. Google Analytics is not loaded before you consent. You can refuse or withdraw consent through “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Measurement cookies have a maximum lifespan of six months; detailed data is retained according to the Analytics property’s retention settings. No email address, diagnostic answer or message content is sent to Analytics. Advertising features are disabled.
Service providers and data access
Data is accessible to authorised ARMD personnel and the providers needed to deliver the service: Vercel for hosting and server functions, Supabase for storing requests, Brevo for emails, Calendly and Google for meetings, and ElevenLabs for audio. Sanity manages public editorial content.
These providers may process data outside Côte d’Ivoire depending on their infrastructure and contracts. They do not all receive the same information. For details of a processing activity or the applicable safeguards, contact social@armdgroup.com. Data may also be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions of applicable legislation, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and object to certain processing. Where processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw it for the future.
To exercise your rights, email social@armdgroup.com and describe your request. Additional information may be requested where necessary to verify your identity. You may also contact the Autorité de Régulation des Télécommunications/TIC de Côte d’Ivoire (ARTCI).
