Challenges addressed

During a presidential campaign in Central Africa, our founder served as deputy head of Digital Communication and led the Community Management and Monitoring and Intelligence teams. His role was to coordinate the campaign’s social media presence, supervise operational teams and provide campaign management with a daily assessment of the media and digital environment.

The challenge

In the compressed timetable of a presidential campaign, travel, events, public statements and reactions follow one another rapidly. Digital communication had to keep pace while maintaining consistent publishing and team coordination.

It was also necessary to organise the reporting of useful information: media coverage, online conversations and sensitive issues, so campaign leaders could maintain an up-to-date understanding of their environment.

The three challenges

  • Maintain a consistent presence across four social networks
  • Coordinate publishing and moderation on an intensive schedule
  • Report information useful to campaign management

Our intervention

Coordinate digital communication

As deputy head of Digital Communication, our founder contributed to work organisation and team coordination. He connected campaign priorities with their day-to-day implementation across platforms.

Lead the social media teams

As head of Community Management, he supervised content distribution on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and X, and organised moderation. This work connected publishing, platform-specific adaptations and the monitoring of interactions with users.

Lead monitoring and intelligence

He also directed monitoring of the media and digital environment. Daily reports summarised observed publications and emerging topics to inform campaign leaders’ decisions.
