ARPT wanted users to better understand its role and actions. As part of an assignment carried out with Onyx Infinity, ARMD supports its institutional communication on a daily basis: social media management, content production, newsletters, public statements and preparation for key events.
Users have high expectations of telecommunications service quality, while the respective responsibilities of the regulator and operators are sometimes misunderstood. ARPT needed to make its responsibilities, interventions and the remedies available to consumers clearer.
This educational work needed regular, consistent communication that highlighted the institution’s work while taking account of questions and criticism expressed online.
Reputation audits and positioning work clarified the messages of the institution and its leaders. ARMD applies them to editorial calendars, communications on regulatory developments and preparation for public appearances.
ARMD supports the Facebook, LinkedIn, X and Instagram accounts, producing infographics, visuals and short videos to explain ARPT’s responsibilities and make its actions accessible. Newsletter preparation complements this work to maintain regular contact with its audiences.
Dedicated monitoring tracks sensitive issues and informs the institution’s responses. ARMD also helps prepare major events, including FRATEL in Conakry, scheduled for late October 2026, aligning messages, content and public statements.
The assignment established a shared editorial framework, regular content production and coordinated follow-up of public statements. Social networks, educational materials and leadership communications now form part of the same approach: making the regulator’s work easier to understand.
Ongoing assignment. The follower count describes the size of the communities supported. It is the non-deduplicated total across Facebook, LinkedIn, X and Instagram recorded on 12 September 2026, with a rounded Facebook counter.
