Fleetch, a vehicle financing and fleet management company born within the Heetch Group, wanted to present its model to banks, funds and institutions in Abidjan. The engagement covered the preparation and organisation of a closed-door roundtable held in September 2025, bringing together relevant decision-makers for direct discussion.
For Fleetch, the challenge was to reach the relevant financial counterparts in Côte d’Ivoire and present its model. A collective meeting would initiate this dialogue in a confidential setting, with participants whose responsibilities matched the topics being discussed.
This required bringing together the right profiles, building a relevant programme and ensuring consistency between the company’s messages, panel contributions and the running of the event.
The teams identified stakeholders in Abidjan’s financial community and coordinated invitations. Preparation focused on bringing banking, financial and institutional decision-makers together around Fleetch’s project.
The teams developed the meeting’s messages, assembled a panel including AETS, the managing director of Petro Ivoire and APBEF-CI, and briefed the speakers.
The engagement covered the closed-door roundtable, from logistical preparation to coordination on the day of the event.
Goudet Abalé contributed to this assignment in his agency role, alongside the teams preparing and organising the meeting.
Société Générale, SIB, BNI, BOA, Ecobank and NSIA were among the institutions represented.
The meeting enabled Fleetch to present its project directly to these counterparts. The results described concern mobilisation and attendance, without implying any subsequent commercial or financial outcomes.
Born within the Heetch Group, Fleetch helps professional drivers and businesses in Africa access vehicles. It combines financing solutions with operational fleet management, including maintenance and monitoring. Operating in Côte d’Ivoire, Senegal and Angola, it connects credit institutions with mobility professionals.
